Career Services for Students
Career Counseling and Coaching - USD faculty and staff play an important role providing personalized assistance to support the career interests and goals of students.
Self-Assessment - The University of San Diego and the School of Business Administration offer a full range of self-assessment tools to help students understand their interests and strengths. Assessment tools include the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and CareerLeader, an MBA-specific tool to help identify career paths and the steps you need to get there.
Resume and Cover Letter Support - The School of Business Administration and campus-wide Career Services office can assist with developing personal marketing tools that will stand out above the clutter, emphasize your abilities, and target your specific goals. Interview Preparation - Rigorous mock interviews and web-based interview training tools are provided to help students prepare for the toughest questions and interview situations.
Networking- The School of Business and campus-wide Career Services office hosts a wide range of opportunities where you can meet and talk with business professionals in all areas of business. Students have numerous opportunities to network with alumni San Diego business leaders on and off the USD campus.
