Kathleen Martin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California State University at Northridge, a Master of Arts Degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Clinical Psychology from International College. Martin has been a faculty member for the MSEL program since its inception. She is currently the vice-president of Professional Services for The Ken Blanchard Companies and is responsible for hiring and developing resources globally. She also heads up the Blanchard Learning Center, which provides public workshops and training for trainers. Martin is a sought after trainer and consultant with an extensive background in authoring and delivering programs on leadership, team building and managing change. Martin has worked successfully with thousands of organizations since her training and consulting career began in 1978.
