Kacy Kilner Hayes coordinates the recruiting and admissions efforts for the Evening, Full-time and International MBA Programs, being assisted by others in the MBA Office, the Ahlers Center for International Business, and across the SBA. Prior to coming to USD, Hayes had nine years experience in admissions, academic advising, student services, and service learning in higher education. Before coming to USD she spent six years working at National University where her success in overseeing their Fresno admissions office afforded her an opportunity to work for their corporate headquarters where she represented admissions on university committees, developed new admissions policies and recruitment processes, and was responsible for training the admissions staff throughout their system. Hayes studied psychology and German at the University of Notre Dame as an undergraduate, she earned a Master of Arts in Education with an emphasis in higher education administration at California State University, Fresno, and she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies with an emphasis in higher education here at USD.
