Carmen Barcena, Ed.D., has been assistant dean of the School of Business Administration at the University of San Diego since 1985. She was named "Administrator of the Year" in 1995. Professor Barcena has co-authored numerous articles, one of which received a Distinguished Paper Award in 1997. In addition to her administrative duties, Professor Barcena teaches various courses in Management at USD's School of Business Administration. Professor Barcena is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the Business Honor Society.
