Robert Glaser

Robert Glaser received his master's degree in leadership studies from the University of San Diego. He is currently a Senior Consulting Partner at The Ken Blanchard Companies. He is also the coauthor of Blanchard's Award Winning Gung Ho! culture change program and process. Prior to joining The Ken Blanchard Companies, in 1996, as a Consulting Partner, Glaser held several line and staff management positions, including Director of Training for Foodmaker Inc., a large food service company in San Diego. He also served for four and a half years as a teacher in the Peace Corps in Ghana and Uganda. Glaser has taught leadership and management courses for over 20 years and is well versed in leadership, cross-cultural & global diversity, culture change, customer service, team building, performance management, visioning, and strategic planning.
