Donald Carew

Donald Carew is a founding associate of The Ken Blanchard Companies. He is an accomplished and respected management consultant, trainer, and educator, and dynamic motivational speaker. Carew has consulted with governmental, educational, and business organizations throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada, and specializes in the areas of leadership, team building, organizational change, employee involvement, and collaboration in work settings. Professor Carew is a professor emeritus at the University of Massachusetts where he directed and taught in a graduate program in group and organization studies for 25 years. He is co-creator of Building High Performing Teams, offered by The Ken Blanchard Companies. Carew has authored a multitude of articles for professional journals. He is also an active associate of the NTL Institute and a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts.
