Feds Need to Overhaul Costly Housing Programs

U-T San Diego -- Two related articles were juxtaposed in the U-T San Diego Business section last Saturday, September 28th. One highlighted the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) drawing down $1.7 billion from the U.S. Treasury to help cover $5 billion in losses on its reverse mortgage program.
