The Burnham-Moores Center’s 17th Annual Real Estate Conference is a signature gathering of more than 700 senior-level real estate and financial services executives.
At this year’s conference, legendary local entrepreneurs Malin Burnham, Irwin Jacobs, ScD, and Ernest Rady offer their views on San Diego's long-term prospects for incomes, job creation and real estate. Gregory Horowitt, author of The Rainforest presents his persuasive research on why economic development policies and programs need transformational change to foster future entrepreneurial activities and generate job and income growth and start-up companies. His conclusions have major implications for San Diego's future economy and real estate markets. One of America's leading researchers and strategists Asieh Mansour, PhD, Head of Research-Americas, Global Research and Consulting at CBRE, offers her expectations regarding commercial real estate trends and debt and equity market prospects. Fannie Mae chief economist Douglas Duncan, PhD, analyzes demographic changes that will impact single- and multi-family real estate and lending.
