Savvy professionals understand that within global enterprises, leadership behaviors matter more than ever, and that cultural intelligence coupled with awareness of self and context is a powerful combination. What does it take to lead successfully in a global economy? What will be required of you in the global matrix? How will you leverage the touch points between who you are and what you do? This seminar will explore the essential competencies global leaders need for success across cultural boundaries, time and space.
