Accessing Banner for the First Time

1. MySanDiego & Banner Accounts
Self Service Banner can be accessed through the MySanDiego Portal. If you don't have a MySanDiego account click here for more information on how to obtain an account.
Each user must print and complete a Banner User Account Request Form in order to have access to Banner. This form must be signed by the user's supervisor, and submitted to the Network and Systems Operations Department in MH-170. For more information on who should get an INB or an SSB account click here.

2. Login to the MySanDiego Portal and go to the Employee Tab

3. Find the Banner INB Channel and click on Banner Production Instance (INB)
3. Install the J-Initiator Plug-In. You will see the following screens.
