Overview

Ken Wilford is the team lead for this team and the scope for the team has been defined, however because of a delay in getting Sungard resources, the kickoff for this team has been delayed. Depending on how soon we have access to Sungard technical resources and also what the hardware needs may be, the kickoff for this team may be in November and the actual implementation in Test may not be till December.

 

Team Description

The Workflow team will be responsible for the implementation and support of the Banner Workflow product. The users in the various module areas will review their seeded workflows and they will document any changes required. The users will also determine new workflow processes they need. All requests within a module area will be prioritized by the users depending on need and effort. The requests will then be forwarded to the Workflow team.
