BNCO's Word

"One of the main focuses at this unit is professionalism.  Being a member of the Navy or the Marine Corps is more than simply putting on a uniform.  A uniform by itself means nothing. It is only made great by those who wear the uniform.  In order to continue our great legacy of service, we have to develop a sense of professionalism and pride amongst ourselves in all of life's endeavors. Remember that the person makes the uniform, not the other way around. The first step to ensuring that our great traditions continue, is creating and maintaining a sense of professionalism, and this begins with us."

-OC Crossgrove
