My name is Tabitha Plummer and I am excited to serve as AS Finance Chair for the 2016-2017 school year. I am a senior majoring in Industrial and Systems Engineering, and I'm thrilled to be taking on a larger and more active role on campus this year.
My role as Finance Chair is to oversee the student activity fee, and the two ways funds from this fee are allocated are through ASBC and the Finance Committee. As chair of each of these committees, one of my goals is to educate both members and non-members of the committees alike on the bylaws, and in turn to improve campus-wide knowledge of what AS can fund for each and every one of you! We have this fee for a reason, and it is important to me that every student knows the opportunities they have to make a difference on our campus. I am dedicated to making the best possible use of those funds while also holding myself accountable for transparency, organization, and clear communication.
As a member of the AS Executive Board, I look forward to helping drive initiatives based on the voices and needs of undergraduate students. We have an inspired and driven group working together this year, and I can't wait to see what changes we can make when we pull together!
I encourage you to reach out to me for any questions related to AS finances, to discuss anything on campus that you believe needs a change, or just to introduce yourself and say hello! My office is located in SLP 312, and I can also be reached by email to schedule time to get together. I'm looking forward to a fantastic year!

Hello fellow Toreros!
My name is Julio Morales and I am excited to be serving as the AS Controller for the 2016-2017 academic school year! I am currently a senior majoring in Business Administration with a double minor in Finance and Spanish. My previous role within AS was serving as a senator for the business school while working with faculty and students to bring initiatives to the campus community. I have enjoyed serving as a senator and now I’m looking forward to having the opportunity to continue serving the campus community as Controller.
As Controller I am responsible for monitoring the funding that is allocated to different clubs and organizations on campus and I help oversee the Associated Students Budget Committee. My goal is to work closely with Tabitha to properly serve the student body by making the availability of funding for clubs well known, so all students can take advantage of their student activity fee. Furthermore, I will continue to work to bring the reimbursement system to an online form and to try to simplify it as much as possible. As a member of Associated Students I will work closely with the Executive Board to bring forth a number of initiatives that will help create the best college experience for a number of current and future students. I am committed to work hard and serve the student body to the best of my ability.
I am here to assist in any way I am able and therefore I welcome any questions or comments by e-mail, phone, or a simple stop by my office located in SLP 307. Have an outstanding school year and GO TOREROS!
