Check Cashing (Cashier’s Office)

Personal checks up to $100 per day can be cashed at the Cashier’s Office as long as a current USD ID is shown.

Payment of Tuition and Fees (Cashier’s Office)

Payment of tuition and fees can be done in person or through the mail to the Cashier’s Office.  Payment must be received by the official registration date of each semester (see Graduate Bulletin).

Payment of tuition and fees is now available online at www.sandiego.edu/studentaccounts. You may now pay online by check .

Refunds (Student Accounts)

If an overpayment on your account is generated by a drop of units, financial aid or withdrawal, the amount of the overpayment will be refunded within a few days by direct deposit.
