Alumni Christmas Mass and Reception
Saturday, December 12 at 5:30 p.m.
Click here to RSVP for this free event
Celebrate your faith with fellow Torero alumni, family and friends at the annual USD Alumni Christmas Mass, then join us for a free reception in Founders Hall French Parlor.
We encourage you to support the Student Alumni Association toy drive at Mass by bringing an unwrapped toy to place beneath the tree in the foyer in front of the Chapel. Share the spirit of the season with a child who would otherwise have very little for Christmas.
Also, we will be highlighting this year's recipient of the Bishop Charles Francis Buddy Award for outstanding contributions to humanitarian causes, Sandy M. Cassell Farrell ’61 (B.A.).
Everyone is welcome to join the USD community for this special holiday celebration, so please feel free to bring your family and friends.
To participate in the Mass, please contact Mary Kruer at (619) 260-5903 or email kruerm@sandiego.edu. If you would like to sing or play an instument with the USD Choir, please contact Annette Welsh '79 at welsha@sandiego.edu.
Thank you to this Mass's Celebrant, Monsignor Richard F. Duncanson ’86.

Put on your Torero Blue and renew the spirit of being a student! Please join us in supporting the USD men's basketball team as it takes on Portland on Thursday, January 14, 2010.

This special game and pre-game reception features a package deal for USD alumni. $5 will get you a game ticket in the special "Frontline" section of the Jenny Craig Pavilion and pre-party at the brand new O'Tooles Lounge in La Gran Terraza, USD's brand new establishment featuring hot and cold tapas and an extensive wine list that includes vintages from across the globe. Tapas are included in the price of your ticket.
Athletic Director, Ky Snyder, will be attending the pre-game party to answer any questions you may have about USD athletics.
Special: if you purchase a ticket to the January 14 Portland game and attend the pre-game reception in O'Tooles you will be able to purchase a single-game ticket in the "Frontline" section of the Jenny Craig Pavilion for the Saturday, January 16th game against Gonzaga for $30! Single game tickets for Gonzaga are ONLY available with this offer through the Alumni Association. Basically, you get 2 games and private reception in O'Tooles for $35!! The USD/Gonzaga game is a sell out annually, so do not delay in purchasing your ticket(s)!
We hope to see you on January 14. Merry Christmas and happy New Year to you and your families.
