Step 2: Send us your completed forms
Once you have completed both forms, send them to us by fax: (619) 260-2390 or email: advservices@sandiego.edu. You can also deliver them directly to our office:Degheri Alumni Center 312.
Our office will review your request and will let you know if your access is approved.
