This building is home to the departments of Political Science, History and International Relations. Also located in this building is the La Paloma dining facility, a reflection room and pool, luxury apartments for long term housing of world leaders and visiting professors, a large auditorium, and art galleries. IPJ is also home to the USD Trans-Border Institute which brings attention to issues confronting the United States – Mexico border region.
