Spring Overnight Visits are open only to admitted students for Fall 2014.
Guests are expected to provide their own sleeping gear (i.e. sleeping bag, pillow, toiletries, etc.) while they experience a typical night in our residence halls. A limited quantity of sleeping bags and sleeping pads are available to rent for your visit. Check out your options!
- The fee for an overnight visit is $15.00 and is non-refundable.
- Electronic payment will be required as part of the registration process.
Registration: You can register online by logging into your MySanDiego portal.
Please note you will need the username and password that have been emailed to you by email@example.com. You can also use the "USD Applicants: Forgot username/password" link on the portal log in page to retrieve your username and password. Once you log in, go to the “Admitted Student” tab and look for the registration links in the “Admitted Student Events” section. Your browser pop-up blocker must be disabled in order for successful registration. If you continue to have problems accessing the registration links, please try another web browser. Finally, you may need to clear your web browser cache. Instructions for how to do so can be found here. We have found that these steps can resolve most registration issues. If you still cannot register, please give us a call and we will be happy to help troubleshoot the problem.

Due to limited space, we ask that admitted students only register for one overnight program. To ensure a spot, please make your reservation early.
We are sorry but we are unable to entertain special overnight visit requests on dates other than our scheduled programs.

For Parents: Parents are welcome to attend the Welcome Reception, Campus Tour and Parent Panel on Thursday, and the Closing Luncheon on Friday.
