Admitted Students
Congratulations on your acceptance to the University of San Diego!
While the most important contact you will have at USD as a graduate student will be with your academic unit, it is important at the outset of your graduate studies that you communicate directly with the Office of Graduate Admissions (619-260-4524, grads@sandiego.edu) regarding a few items. In order to formally accept the offer of admission, you need to provide us with an Intent to Enroll Form and a Confirmation Deposit (if applicable, varies by program).
The Intent to Enroll form was included with your official letter of admission. You must complete and return it with your deposit. Send your completed forms to:
