Graduate Admissions
Postgraduate education has been a vital part
of the USD academic community from its earliest days as San Diego College for
Women. Today we are proud to present a wide array of graduate degree, certificate
and credential programs in the College
of Arts and Sciences and our School
of Business Administration, School
of Leadership and Education Sciences, School
of Law, Hahn School of Nursing
and Health Science, and Joan
B. Kroc School of Peace Studies. We have many traditional as well as unique
offerings including joint degree options that cross disciplines and schools.
We also jointly offer doctoral programs with San Diego State University. All
of our programs are committed to the USD Mission Statement to develop knowledgeable
leaders dedicated to ethical and compassionate service in their respective careers.
All of our graduate program options have been developed by scholars who strive
to give students the highest quality of education along with personalized mentoring
and support. We have two committees which specifically address graduate study
issues: the Graduate Council and the Graduate Assembly. Scroll down and learn
about the opportunities available to earn a Masters or Doctoral degree tailored
to your individual aspirations and experience. Visit the websites of our six
fine schools and our Continuing
Education program to learn how you can enrich and enliven your future by
becoming a member of the USD family. On behalf of all of our fine faculty, students
and alumni I offer you our warmest welcome.
