First Year Experience and Inclusion & Diversity: As a doctoral student, I believe my dissertation on “Validating the Experience of Male Mexican-American Community College Transfer Students” will provide information about their university experience at religious universities. The committees may find my research useful (I am at the proposal stage). I should have results by the end of the summer.

Inclusion & Diversity: I have a question for the committee. How much focus will the committee spend on recruiting students from lower socio-economic families? How about for community college transfer students?

First Year Experience: I could share my experience as a first year (at the junior level) at the university. I can contribute to the Committee on Inclusion & Diversity on these personal experiences. I can participate in the phone bank.
