Draft a personal action plan describing the contribution you can make to two or three of the strategic initiatives during the next 6-18 months.

As a staff person I can offer administrative support to the committees for Catholic Social Thought (CST), First Year Experience (FYE), Inclusion & Diversity (CID), and Internationalization as I have had the basic experience in serving all these areas. With CST and CID I can be the contact person to reach the staff with information and be a direct marketing contact to get them informed and to communicate the changes. I have been involved a little in all these processes and think I understand their direction. With any of the initiatives I can be support in Web maintenance.

Identify individuals who could be partners in your commitment and the joint contribution you could make.

With Internationalization, I have a good grasp of dealing with international experiences of students and work well with supporting Kathy Bruzzese and Guadalupe Corona.

In FYE, I could be a strong support in working with Merrick Marino and Marie Minnick with the orientation process and organization.

With CST, I am updated on what it means and am an example of someone who believes strongly in it.
