Retreats
"The Glory of God is the human person fully alive!" This wisdom first offered by Saint Irenaeus in the 2nd century remains equally true in the 21st.
We invite you to begin the process of shaping your life in response to God - thereby becoming most fully who you are - by including one or more retreats into your college experience.
University Ministry offers a variety of retreats to all USD students during which they are invited to reflect on how and where they are experiencing God, and to discern the form and direction of the fullness of life to which they are called.
There are retreats designed specifically for incoming freshmen, graduating seniors, those wishing to experience spirituality in the midst of daily life, or those who wish to grow closer to others. There is a retreat for everyone. Catholics, non-Catholics, Christians, non-Christians, those still searching for their faith: all are welcome to come explore their faith in a context of community.
