Your Benefits

The University of San Diego has an excellent benefits package for employees.  For full time benefit based employees, these include (but are not limited to):

• Retirement contributions from the university, for an amount equal to 12% the employee’s salary.
• Tuition remission benefit for one degree for the employee, spouse and eligible dependents
• Vacation benefits
• Twelve paid holidays
• On site preschool
• On campus fitness facilities
