Manchester Village

Manchester Village houses 356 undergraduate students in 101 apartments. The apartments consist of one, two and four bedroom units with kitchens.

The Village is situated in Tecolote Canyon overlooking the University intramural field and baseball stadium. It is a two building complex linked together by a building bridge.

Building One is a four story u-shaped structure built over two levels of parking. The u-shape gives definition to a grassy courtyard. Building two is a three-story structure also located over two levels of parking. Underground parking yields spaces for 264 cars while an additional 49 spaces is provided on the surface.

The architecture is faithful to the University's Spanish Renaissance pallet and won Builders Magazine "Award of Merit" for 2003.
