The Jenny Craig Pavilion is located on the eastern part of Alcala Park within the residential housing areas. The design reflects the Spanish Renaissance architecture of the campus and features a large entry plaza and fountain as well as a smaller structure honoring past University of San Diego athletes. The entry plaza is a memorial to Msgr. I.B. Egan, one of the founding Vice Presidents of University Ministry. The Pavilion features a 5100 seat arena usable as a sports venue for the University's Division I Athletic Teams, student intramural activity and a concert venue for the USD student body. The facility also includes a large entry parlor, locker rooms for students, athletes and visiting teams, sports medicine rooms, and a weight room containing both olympic weights and cardiovascular equipment.
