Student Information
Check Cashing:
University policy permits personal checks to be cashed as indicated below. We do not cash payroll checks nor third party checks. Checks that are returned uncollected will be charged a $25.00 returned check fee.
- Student Limit.............$30.00 per day
Credit Card Payments :
Credit card payments must be made via USD E-Pay. E-Pay is an electronic statement and billing payment service for students.
Please Note :
If a refund results from a combination of a credit card payment, application of federal funds or any other transactions generating a credit within the academic year, you will be refunded through a "credit back" transaction up to the amount of the credit card charge.
Undergraduate and Graduate Transcripts:
$5 per official copy. Request for official transcripts must be made in writing to:

The student must provide signed authorization should they designate someone other than themselves to request a transcript. If the designee can not present a signed authorization, the transcript request can not be honored.
Continuing Education & Law School Transcripts:
$5 per official copy. Continuing Education and Law School transcripts are processed through their respective offices only.
