Executive Council

• Establishes the strategic directions and other long-term objectives of the University;
• Evaluates high-level issues that impact the budgeting process such as financial aid requirements, salary merit percentages, and strategic expenditure allocations;
• Determines mandatory expenditure requests that are funded before critical requests; and
• Allocates available funds for critical personnel, critical non-personnel, and equipment among divisions.
