Budget Administrators
Each school or Vice President's division at the University of San Diego has a primary Budget Administrator. The Budget Administrator’s role is to:
- Serve as a valuable resource to faculty, administrators and staff with regard to budget monitoring, budget reporting, budget requests, and other administrative activities;
- Communicate budget issues and trends to superiors, the Office of Budget and Treasury, and affected faculty, administrators, and staff;
- Attend all Budget Roundtable and Financial Analysis and Review Meetings conducted by the Office of Budget and Treasury;
- Monitor and communicate budget performance to appropriate people; and
- Compile budget requests and balance budget worksheets by established deadlines.
