How can I get my job to you?
You can choose from the following options:
- Supply your work on: CD, USB storage devices (thumb drives, flash hoppers, pen drives, etc.) or email. We recommend PDF files.
- Camera-ready art work
- E-mail your file in PDF format to usdprintshop@gmail.com or to the appropriate contact (refer to contact list). If you have questions about using any of these formats, please call us at extension 4890.
Do you offer graphic design services?
Yes, our professional designer is adept in all phases of design from concept to paper and ink selection to finished printed product. We work within budgetary parameters to provide the highest quality design product for your project.
Do you offer color copies?
Yes. Our color copier can produce your job in any size ranging from 3x5” to 12x18”. We also offer color transparencies.
How does the Copy and Graphics compare to off-campus prices?
Our prices are usually less than off-campus. If not, we are authorized to meet or beat any commercial shop's prices on any work produced "in- house". Also, we do not charge sales tax. In addition to these benefits, any monies that come to the University of Copy and Graphics benefit the university.
Can I wait for my job? Yes.
We will process your job immediately while you wait if necessary. Otherwise, when your job is completed, it will be delivered to your office, free of charge.
When will my job be completed?
All jobs are completed and delivered based on the due date and time you specify on the requisition. If there are any delays in processing your job, you will be notified. Just let us know when you need it and we will make every effort to meet your deadline. We are on time or ahead of time over 99% of the time.
How do I go about using USD's famous shredder, “Shreddy Betty”?
Hours of operation: 8:00 am–5:00 pm
Check in at University Copy and Graphics with your requisition and we will hand over the key.
Do you recycle? Yes.
We recycle all our printing papers, and toner cartridges. Also, as part of our recycling program, we reuse the cartons for delivery in which we receive our printing papers. This is not only a good conservation policy, it also helps save money for your department.
