As we work towards that end, it is important that we recognize and reinforce the positive behaviors of each other.
Consideration must be given to recognizing not only the task well done, but also the effective process and successful individual's interpersonal behaviors Recognition may flow from the employee to the supervisor, between peers and discontented employees In the recognition of others, we show our appreciation for their efforts, contributions, service and loyalty.
