USD Zipcars: Rent a car right here at USD - for an hour, a day or more! Great deals for USD students, faculty and staff! Sign up, receive your card by mail (5-7 days), then rent a car. Membership fee is applied towards your first month of driving, so you get $35 worth of drive time free!
As many USD drivers grapple with soaring fuel prices and the impact of greenhouse emissions on the environment, the university has found a way to help. Members of the university community have the opportunity to reserve a rental car through Zipcar, a car sharing community. Zipcars are equipped with wireless technology and are energy efficient vehicles. Zipcar will provide drivers the freedom to have transportation when they need it without the expense and trouble of having a personal car on campus. Better yet, for every Zipcar on the road, an estimated 15 commuters' cars are eliminated.
US Bank
A brand new full-service branch is now open on campus. Students, faculty and staff may sign up for an account in UC-125, on the lower level. Enjoy great promotional offers, automatic payroll deposit and more. Three new ATMs are also now available: one outside the University Center, one at the Jenny Craig Pavilion and one within Bert's Bistro in Mother Rosalie Hill Hall (SOLES).
AT&T Cellular
AT&T phones and accessories are now available via the USD Bookstore website. Enjoy great savings on phones, plans and accessories for the USD community.
