The
San Diego State University - University of San Diego Doctoral
Program builds on the strengths, resources, and capabilities of
two major institutions of higher education in San Diego. This
partnership is a collaborative program of specialized study anchored
by a common core of courses and by the study of current models
of research and evaluation. Candidates will be prepared for leadership
roles in education through an in-depth study of theory, research
and practice in the following areas of concentration:
Developed
for working professionals, the Doctorate
in Education (Ed.D.) can be completed in four to five years depending
on prior coursework and the intensity with which the degree is
pursued.
