IRB (Institutional Review Board) Applications

All faculty and students should email the IRB Representative, Dr. Jane Georges, at jgeorges@sandiego.edu PRIOR to preparing an IRB application. She will give you guidance on application preparation. Please use one of the following template examples for preparing an IRB application from the School of Nursing. Dr. Georges has created these especially for School of Nursing research projects, and requests that all faculty/students please use these templates for IRB applications beginning 1/1/08.
