In a rare appearance, legendary local entrepreneurs Malin Burnham; Irwin Jacobs, ScD and Ernest Rady will offer their views on San Diego’s long-term prospects for incomes, job creation and real estate at the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate’s 17th Annual Real Estate Conference March 8 at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront hotel in downtown San Diego. The conference runs from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m.

The conference will also feature: Doug Duncan, PhD, Fannie Mae senior vice president, who will analyze demographic changes that will impact single and multi-family real estate and lending; one of America’s leading researchers and strategists, Asieh Mansour, PhD, head of Research-Americas, Global Research and Consulting at CBRE, will discuss commercial real estate trends and debt and equity market prospects; and Gregory Horowitt, author of “The Rainforest,” will present research on why government-related economic development policies and programs need transformational change to foster entrepreneurial activities, generate job and income growth and start-up companies. His conclusions have major implications for San Diego’s future economy and real estate markets.

The conference is approved for 3.25 hours of MCLE general credit, as certified by the University of San Diego School of Law, which is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider.
