For the first time ever outside Washington, D.C., Cabinet level ministers from the three North American countries meet in San Diego to plan the economic future of our continent
On Wednesday, April 14, 2010, the University of San Diego’s Trans-Border Institute (TBI) will host an all day economic forum with cabinet level representatives from the United States, Mexico and Canada entitled “North American Competitiveness, Innovation and Clean Energy Conference.”

Panel discussions will focus on how to promote the links that advance innovation and competitiveness and how to remove the obstacles that impede future growth. Participants will hear innovative examples of green workforce development, integrated supply chain improvements, and enhanced border infrastructure projects that facilitate efficiency and increase trade opportunities.
