San Diego Faces Four-Year Uphill Climb
San Diego Union Tribune -- Despite a pickup in hiring and growing stability in the housing market, it will take San Diego County at least another four years to struggle back to pre-recessionary levels, according to a panel of economists and business leaders at the annual San Diego County Economic Roundtable held on the University of San Diego campus Friday.
Compared to the past several years, the outlook for 2011 is relatively bright, with accelerating job growth, a stabilizing housing market and a growing tech sector. (Full Story)
