| Message | In February, the United States Supreme Court agreed to hear Fisher v. University of Texas, a major case involving race-conscious admissions policies at the University of Texas. The Court's decision could have a major impact on affirmative action policies in higher education. Regardless of the outcome, the Court's decision to hear the case will focus renewed attention on the issue of diversity in higher education admissions. In conjunction with our annual Constitution Day proceedings at the University of San Diego School of Law, please join three professors from our faculty for a stimulating discussion of this timely and provocative issue. PanelistsPizza and drinks will be provided. Admission is free of charge, but reservations are required. Please reserve your seat online by Wednesday, September 12, 2012.
