LIFE: Leadership Institute for Entrepreneurs

In our dynamic entrepreneurial world, change is rampant and the need for responsible leadership to help cope with and direct change in a socially responsible manner is clear. Research has indicated that socially responsible corporate citizenship is positively correlated with sales growth and profits. Good corporate citizenship starts at the top with our entrepreneurial leaders. A main thrust and rationale for the Institute is to create programs that help enrich our learning community and improve their moral leadership capacity, while sustaining entrepreneurship. A long-term goal of the new LIFE organization will be to ultimately attain the status of an endowed Center at the University of San Diego in order to make a contribution to the San Diego regional community and beyond.
