I am the manager of Financial Systems for Administrative Information Systems (AIS). I help support Oracle Human Resources and Payroll, the e-Timecard system, and the benefits Open Enrollment Web site, as well as the Oracle financial systems which currently include General Ledger, Project Accounting, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable. I support the Legacy Student Accounts Receivable system (which now includes the InfiNET e-payment system), and Financial Aid packaging. Lastly, I support the Pinnacle Axis phone system which handles the billing of employee and student phone calls.
Services include providing reports and data, modifying systems to enhance functionality and efficiency, and working with departments to find ways to make them more productive. |
