	Desktop Support Technician	HSN 103 / x4149
	As a desktop support technician, my primary role is to support the technology needs for the faculty and staff of the School of Nursing. I am also responsible for managing the School or Nursing computer lab and maintaining the consoles located throughout the Nursing buildings. I troubleshoot, configure, and maintain all of the computers in my area and act as a capable point of contact for the myriad of technical issues that arise.
