As Inventory Manager and Budget Coordinator, I take the lead on maintaining the inventory databases on hardware and software, interface with Desktop Support on leased computers and purchased computers throughout the University, coordinate computer distribution with the Technicians, and assist faculty and staff with software requests and needs. I also assist the Budget and Operations Manager in managing the detail of the expenditures and reconciliations of all ITS budgets, as well as assist with overall office procedures, ITS events and special projects. |
