	Desktop Support Technician	MRH 215K / x2268
	My primary job is to support users in Mother Rosalie Hill Hall, which includes two computer labs and several classroom computers. I am one of the primary Macintosh support specialists and help Macintosh users across campus. As a member of the Desktop Support team, I support all platforms and provide support in the early evening for classrooms.
