Fadi Khraim is an assistant professor of nursing in the Hahn School of Nursing
and Health Science. Dr. Khraim completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing
from the School of Nursing at The University at Buffalo, The State University of
New York. He received his BS in Nursing from Jordan University of Science and
Technology and his Master of Science degree as an acute care nurse
practitioner from the School of Nursing at The University at Buffalo, The State
University of New York.
Dr. Khraim’s major area of clinical expertise is acute and critical care nursing. He
is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the
American Association of Critical Care Nurses, and at the Emergency Nursing
Association. He teaches Medical Surgical Nursing and Health Assessment in the
Master’s Entry Program in Nursing.
Dr. Khraim’s research interests are health care seeking behavior in acute illness
and coronary artery disease electrophysiology. His doctoral dissertation research
focused on understanding the predictors of decision delay behavior to seeking
health care among patients with acute myocardial infarction.
