Join the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate (BMC) on Dec. 7 for its 17th Annual Residential Real Estate Conference: Outlook 2018. The conference will provide national, state and local economic updates and will address the increasing housing affordability issues in the San Diego region. The housing crisis has surfaced to be one of the most important problems facing our community. This event will feature speakers who are key in the effort to proposing solutions to our local housing affordability challenges.

Norm Miller, Hahn Chair of Real Estate Finance at the University of San Diego School of Business, will open the program with a national and state economic housing forecast.

The second featured speaker, Tim Sullivan, managing principal of Meyers Research, will provide a local housing overview and will address our local housing affordability issue.

Sullivan will then moderate a panel to continue the conversation on the housing affordability crisis.David Graham, deputy chief operating officer of neighborhood services at the City of San Diego, Rear Admiral Yancy B. Lindsey '01 MSGL, commander of Navy Region SouthwestDeborah Ruane '14 MSEL, executive vice president and chief strategy officer of San Diego Housing Commission, and Miller will participate in the discussion.
