Many of you who had attended our 19th Annual Real Estate Conference in March expressed an interest in learning more about crowdfunding for real estate. Our panel will discuss current structures and uses of crowdfunding for real estate and their views of crowdfunding as a meaningful future source of capital for real estate. The Breakfast at the BMC distinguished lecture series was launched by the Burnham-Moores Center in 2007 and has featured renowned speakers, including philanthropist Ernest Rady, former CB Richard Ellis CEO Brett White, Singapore’s GIC Real Estate president Seek Ngee Huat, former MLB Commissioner Peter Ueberroth and Janet Yellen, chair of the Federal Reserve, among other exceptional individuals.
