The Gallery Lecture Series is a part of our ongoing special programming for the exhibition, Curious Beasts: Animal Prints from Durer to Goya. These lectures are given by members of the San Diego arts community on Thursday afternoons at 5 p.m. during our special late open gallery hours. Guest lecturers change every week, as does the subject and approach to looking at the content in the exhibit. Check back on our website for information on the most recent lecture each week.

In our second week of the Gallery Lecture Series, USD professor and local historian Dr. Iris Engstrand lectures on "From Linnaeus to Darwin: The Globalization of Nature."

 All are welcome to join.
