Details

Leadership Conversation Project, a joint project of Public Conversations West and the Department of Leadership Studies, brings you an on-campus opportunity to train using dialogue and leadership frameworks. The workshop will invite participants to consider ways to convene, prepare, design, and facilitate meetings that build participant engagement and mutual accountability on the basis of clarified purposes and commitments. During the two days participants will develop techniques to become aware of mental models that might impede successful facilitation. This workshop is suited for new and experienced facilitators for whom convening and facilitation is part of larger leadership and management roles.
