Speaker Biography:
Scott Lillie became a key executive during his 24 years with the Walt Disney Company. While with Disney, Lillie headed up a variety of business units, including resort hotels and the food/beverage division. He led the grand opening activities for the Euro-Disney Resorts in Marne-La-Vallee, France. Lillie has traveled extensively throughout Asia and the Pacific Rim, benchmarking the best service organizations in the world. He has played a key role in the development and piloting of many Disney quality management and leadership practices. Lillie is now the president and founder of Creative Leadership Group, LLC, an organizational and leadership development firm.
