The estate planning and taxation landscape is constantly changing. USD School of Law Adjunct Professor Kenneth G. Coveney will review the basic documents everyone should have to protect themselves and their families, and to minimize taxes. These will include trusts, wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, and the all important beneficiary designations. The current gift and estate tax situation will be covered along with what may, or may not, happen in 2013.
